15 Chux (23"x36" disposable , waterproof, paper-lined underpads)
2 disposable paper, plastic-backed mattress sheets, 48"x72"
12 OB sanitary pads, for the first few days of postpartum
1 pair of disposable "panties", for those first few days
1 peri-bottle, for postpartum care and comfort
1 2 oz. bottle of betadine, for postpartum care and comfort
1 3 oz. bulb syringe, for newborn care
1 1/4 oz. jar of "Lickety-Split Healing Balm", for sore nipples, diaper rash and anything else you might need to have healed, from the Purple Thistle Tea Co.
1 bottle of Arnica, homeopathic remedy for muscle and body soreness, 2-week supply
